Your privacy and operational security are our paramount concern. All broker credentials, API keys, and PINs are encrypted using AES-256-CBC envelope encryption prior to storage. We never store plaintext passwords. Personal trading data and strategies are strictly isolated to your individual account tenant and are never shared, monetized, or exposed to third parties.
Algorithms operate deterministically on mathematical inputs and market parameters. Latency, broker API downtime, exchange connectivity disruptions, and extreme market volatility can result in slippage or unexecuted stop losses. The user acknowledges that INEXT and CodeRed Softwares bear no financial liability for trading outcomes.
The user retains full custody of their brokerage accounts and maintains independent control over enabling or disabling Live Trading, adjusting risk tolerances, and executing emergency square-offs at all times.
