INEXT is an algorithmic trading software application and technology tool. INEXT is NOT a SEBI-registered Investment Advisor, Research Analyst, or Portfolio Manager. All trading decisions, parameter configurations, and execution commands remain solely under the discretion and responsibility of the user.
Algorithms operate deterministically on mathematical inputs and market parameters. Latency, broker API downtime, exchange connectivity disruptions, and extreme market volatility can result in slippage or unexecuted stop losses. The user acknowledges that INEXT and CodeRed Softwares bear no financial liability for trading outcomes.
The user retains full custody of their brokerage accounts and maintains independent control over enabling or disabling Live Trading, adjusting risk tolerances, and executing emergency square-offs at all times.
